Rental Terms
& Policies

Everything you need to know before you book — deposits, requirements, payment, and our cancellation, change, extension, and damage policies.

What You Need to Rent

To rent any of our trailers you must:

  • Be at least 25 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Have proof of current auto insurance
  • Bring a tow vehicle with the correct hitch ball and electrical connector — utility: 2" ball + flat 4-pin; enclosed & dump: 2-5/16" ball + round 7-pin

Deposits

A refundable deposit is collected at booking and released back to you after the trailer is returned on time, clean, and undamaged.

Refundable deposit by trailer type.
TrailerRefundable Deposit
7'×14' Utility Trailer$100
24ft Enclosed Trailer$250
7×14 Dump Trailer 14k$250

Payment, Mileage & Rental Period

  • Payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, or Venmo
  • Rental period: rentals are daily (a 24-hour period from pickup); weekly and monthly rates are also available
  • Mileage: unlimited — no mileage caps or per-mile fees
  • Late returns: billed at $20/hour, capped at that trailer's daily rate (a late return never costs more than one additional day)

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
We value your time and strive to keep our equipment available for everyone. This cancellation policy ensures fairness while still offering flexibility if your plans change.

No refunds: Your rental payment becomes non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation credit: If you cancel at least 72 hours before your original start date, we'll issue a credit valid for one year. If you cancel less than 72 hours before, or don't show up, you will not receive a refund or credit. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can't be combined with other promotions. Rescheduling does not reset the 72-hour window.

Cancellation process: You must cancel online or by phone; your reservation remains active until we send you a cancellation confirmation. Personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances do not override this policy.
Can I change a rental before it has started?
You can request changes to your reservation before it begins, but all changes are subject to our approval and availability. If your requested change cannot be accommodated, your reservation will remain as originally booked. Please note that the cancellation policy applies based on the original pickup date, regardless of any changes requested. We'll do our best to provide alternatives, but no guarantees can be made.
Can I extend a rental after it has started?
Yes, you can request to extend a rental, but you must submit your request before the end of the rental period by contacting us at (385) 269-0712. Extensions are subject to approval and availability and require full payment for the extension before they can be approved.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during my rental?
Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. In the event of damage, the deposit will be applied toward repairs and the renter will be liable for any additional repair costs. If damage occurs, follow all applicable regulatory and local reporting guidelines, including reporting to the police if required. Contact us immediately to report the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
